Biography

Daniel brings a rare combination of high-level technical precision and hands-on site experience to every project. Before establishing his practice in Vermont, his career spanned major architectural departments in New York City—including technical development at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill—as well as co-founding a hands-on design-build firm.

That breadth of experience, from complex urban infrastructure and custom steel fabrication to regional timber framing, means building science and precision detailing aren't extra features—they are integrated baseline standards. Whether managing multi-stakeholder builds, navigating delicate site conditions, or solving complex structural details on the fly, Daniel approaches architecture with a steady focus on clarity, longevity, and client trust.
